Currency:

All prices on this site are shown in pounds sterling. Payments must be made in pounds sterling (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider


Duties & Local Taxes:

Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice accompanies all goods shipped.


Postage/Carriage:

Please note the PayPal shopping cart system is calibrated for postage within the UK only.

Please contact me for a quote prior to ordering for postage to outside of the UK


Delivery within the UK will usually be made within one to four working days from the time of order.

Deliveries within the EU will usually be made within four to fourteen working days.

Deliveries outside of the EU usually take from four to fourteen working days.

Delivery times are given in good faith and are approximate.

We can take no responsibility for delays or damage in deliveries due to strikes, fire, accident or any events or circumstances beyond our control.

Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements for which a quote will be provided upon request.

It should be noted that customs procedures when shipping outside of the UK may adversely affect delivery of which we have no control


Damage & Loss

If an item ordered fails to arrive or is found upon arrival to be damaged or please contact us via the contact page or telephone number located on the contact page of our web site.

Goods are checked prior to dispatch and if received damaged from the courier all relevant paperwork should be retained and damage to the packaging and product brought to the attention of the courier at the time of delivery. Make sure a note is written on the courier’s delivery note detailing the damage. We will need this information if we so decided to make a claim against the couriers insurer’s.


Payment:

Payment methods include cheque, credit and debit card through our merchant PayPal. Goods will be dispatch upon full payment for the goods and carriage.

All products remain our property until fully paid for.

All goods are at the risk of the customer as soon as they are delivered or collected. The property & ownership of the goods will not pass until payment in full has been received by us.

We will always keep your information confidential, and we do provide the secure service through PayPal as a convenience for you but also due to the security standards that PayPal have in place to protect your personal and banking information.


Returns, Refunds and Cancellation:

Goods which are returned due to complaint or for exchange must be returned to us post-paid. If the claim is supported, we will refund monies paid for return carriage. We appreciate that sometimes, purchases are made which prove later to be unsuitable. In these circumstances, we will happily arrange a credit or refund of the full purchase price paid for the goods if the goods are undamaged and/or used once the goods have been examined, however the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded.

Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. In all cases we endeavour to make refunds due within five working days of the receipt of returned goods unused/undamaged. UK clients are advised that the EU Directive on Distance Selling as incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 requires the provision of a consumer's right to cancel a contract, without giving reason, within seven days of receipt of goods: we aim to be more reasonable than is required by the terms of this Act but we are required to point out that this is your minimum legal right. We request please that you ensure that returned goods are in condition as delivered, all seals remaining unbroken.


Confidentiality/Privacy

Information is collected on this website during the order placement process and solely for the purpose of allowing us to complete the supply of goods ordered and to keep you informed of the progress of your order. We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply "mailing information" to third parties.

The information that we obtain from your order will include

Order details

And your method of payment.

All card details are held by our merchant PayPal if ordering online.

Payment details given to us over the phone are not recorded or kept on any form of retrieval system. These details are input into the PayPal Merchant directly.

All other information is kept in the form of an invoice which you will be sent a copy.

If you require information in relation to your details that we hold please contact us in written the address for which can be obtained via the contact page.

Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. We prefer you to use the secure transaction services to make credit card transactions via PayPal since this service is completely independent of our organisation and your credit . If you have any queries regarding our privacy policy or procedures please contact us here. Please note that our basket system uses a "cookie" temporarily on your machine to retain your basket order/information: Upon your leaving the store this cookie is erased.

We do not store your financial information in any form.

We pride ourselves in providing high quality service and products. If for any reason arises where you wish to inform us that our service fails to meet acceptable standards, if you return goods under warranty or if you raise any other queries under any of the paragraphs above, then we please contact us. We aim to respond to any such contact within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.


Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction:

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
